FGD Flue Gas Slurry Pump
FGD pump is a single stage and single suction horizontal centrifugal pump.
It is mainly used as the circulating pump for absorbent tower in FGD appliances.It has such features:Wide range flowing capacity, high efficiency, high saving power.
This series of pump is matched by tight structure X bracket which can save much space.Meanwhile our company develops many kinds of material targeted on the pump for FGD.

Technology Features:
Corrosive resistance characteristic: this is given by the austenitic element. In the 70 degree sulfuric acid solution which contains chloride 0000pom and pH value of 4, the corrosion rate of is 0.5mm/a. In the 60 degree solution which contains 5% nitric, the corrosion rate is 0.5mm/a. In the sodium hydroxide solution at 80 degree and pH value of 13, the corrosion rate is0.5mm/a.
Wear- resistance characteristic: The abrasion performance is given by the chromium carbide on the grain boundary and secondary carbon compounds precipitated on austerity bodies. The abrasion performance is equal to A05, GLH-5, Ni-1. Therefore, A49material is a kind of wear- resistance and corrosive- resistance alloy, which has the characteristic of strong abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance in low pH value environment. Especially suitable for desulfurization unit in the FGD project in which pH value is greater than or equal to 3.5. A49 material is generally used to manufacture impeller, volute liner and liner insert of desulfurization pump to convey corrosive solid particles in which pH is 3.5- -13. Practice proves that when we use this kind of material to make the impeller of slurry pump, especially the one of the circulating pump in the main absorption tower, the service life can be up to 20000hours. And the site data shows that the actual operating hours is all longer than this data.
