Introduction of HDL Series Centrifugal Slurry Pump
HDL Light duty series slurry pumps is suitable to transport low-abrasion and low concentration slurry in the metallurgical, mining industry and building material industry.
This slurry pumping equipment offers many advantages specially for using in watery or other liquid-filled environments. With a more laconic structure, this pump requires much smaller space. Its shaft seal adopts both packing seal and centrifugal seal. In most conditions, centrifugal seal can work well and there is no necessity for seal water. If packing seal is adopted, the device should be attached with low or full-flow seal flushing device.
Meanwhile, the pump casing of this slurry handling equipments is padded with replaceable metal liners which are highly resistant for abrasion. The impeller is made of anti-abrasion metals or abrasive rubber. That is why it enjoys a much longer service lifespan.

The frame plates of HDL Series Centrifugal slurry pump have changeable, wear-resistant metal liners or rubber liners upon request and the impellers are made of wear-resistant metal or rubber. And the discharge branch can be oriented to any of the eight different positions for installation and application upon request. The shaft seals could adopt the Packing seal, Expeller Seal or Mechanical seal.
